The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitioner died and he is not aware of the details regarding the legal heirs of the petitioners. The learned Counsel for the petitioners is not able to contact the client in this regard. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs to challenge, if so advised.
