This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that the Petitioner's son was in love with the third Respondent/defacto complainant. Thereafter, the Petitioner is alleged to have objected to marry the third Respondent. Therefore, the third Respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent. Based on the complaint, the second Respondent had registered a case in CSR.No.374 of 2022 and issued summon to the Petitioner as well as her son and conducted enquiry. After conducting enquiry, the matter ended into compromise.
