This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash FIR in Crime No.172 of 2017 dated 14.06.2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Uchipuli Police Station, Ramanathapuram District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent has produced the document sought for and rectified the defects pointed out by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

3.In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram is directed to take the charge sheet on file, if it is otherwise in order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
