The recruitment notification issued by the respondents on 15.11.2013, is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition. 2.The recruitment notification is enclosed in Page No.6 of the typed set of papers filed along with the writ petition. The notification was issued by the District Recruitment Committee of Cooperative Societies for appointment of Sales Person and Packers in Fair Price Shops. W.P.(MD).No.2835 of 2014 Societies. The advertisement was published on 15.11.2013 and now, at this length of time, the relief as such sought for cannot be granted and the process of recruitment were completed long back and if any other grievances exist with reference to any illegal appointment, it is for the writ petitioner to redress his grievances in the manner known to law.

3.With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
