O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by an Aided Minority Institution, which is run by Corporate Management seeking a Mandamus as against the authorities to approve the appointment of one Mr.J.Sandy as Watchman w.e.f., 07.09.2023 onwards.

2. The School has forwarded the proposal for approval on 09.10.2023. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the appointment is within the parameters of the staff fixation for the academic year 2023-2024. They have also sent a reminder on 13.08.2024. However, there is no response from the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader Appearing for the respondents.

Considering the above said facts, the third respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal forwarded by the School Management and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
