ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the father seeking for issuance of Inter Caste Marriage Certificate for his son. 2.As seen from the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the son of the petitioner by name Jeyakumar is a Major. Hence, it is for him to seek relief and not the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. But however, he seeks liberty for Jeyakumar, the son of the petitioner to file a separate writ petition seeking for the very same relief. The said statement is recorded.
3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner's son Jeyakumar to file a separate writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
