O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by the wife of the deceased employee seeking a Mandamus for disbursement of the monetary benefits of her husband by considering the representation dated 10.02.2024.

2. The petitioner's husband was working as a Salesman in the Ration Shop attached to the first respondent office and passed away on 25.05.2023, while in service. Despite several representations, the terminal benefits have not been released by the first respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 10.02.2024 2/4

and release the eligible terminal benefits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
