The present writ petition has been filed by a B.T. Assistant (Science) working in the Government High School, Kumbaram, Ramanathapuram District, seeking a Mandamus for revocation of suspension order dated 17.11.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a criminal case and the criminal case has nothing to do with the official duties. Therefore, he has sent a representation to the first respondent on 24.05.2024 in person. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/4

4. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation to the first respondent along with a copy of the order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the request of the petitioner on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of There shall be no order as to costs.
