Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to grant the petitioner a relief amount contemplated under Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995 and further direct them to initiate appropriate action against respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 contemplated under SC/ST Act within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
