COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for a Mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from changing the patta standing in the name of the petitioners at the behest of the 3rd respondent, by considering the petitioners' representation dated 28.11.2013. 2.The case of the petitioners is that originally patta for the subject properties were standing in the name of the petitioners and thereafter, it has been cancelled illegally. In such circumstances, they have given a representation to the second respondent dated 28.11.2013. Admittedly the said representation has not been considered till date.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submit that the petitioners are satisfied if the representation dated 28.11.2013 is considered on merits and in accordance with law by the second respondent.

4.After hearing the submissions made by the respective counsels and since no prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if the petitioners' representation dated 28.11.2013 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 28.11.2013 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
