ORDER

The instant civil revision petition has been filed against the dismissal order passed by the learned Trial Judge in an application filed under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying that the first appellate Court to dispose of I.A.No.168 of 2015 before hearing the appeal in A.S.No.83 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that A.S.No.83 of 2013 has already been disposed of on 09.09.2021. Therefore, nothing further survives in the matter.

3. In the result, this civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.07.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sn 2/4
