ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.480 of 2021 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC on the file of second respondent, viz., Kadamalaikundu Police Station and petitioner was arrested on 14.11.2021.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
