PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to initiate the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 29.03.2023 against the order in Na.Ka.No.2417/Aa2/2022 dated 09.05.2022 passed by the fourth respondent and expeditiously complete the same in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the official respondents by producing an order passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Madurai/the third respondent herein, dated 21.07.2023 submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner on 28.03.2023 was duly considered by the respondents and it was rejected. The learned Government Advocate has also furnished a copy of the order to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the order of the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Madurai, dated 21.07.2023, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
