ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose IA No.33 of 2018 in OS No.88 of 2014 on the file of the Learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the plaintiff in OS No.88 of 2014 and the suit is decreed in favour of the petitioner/plaintiff and preliminary decree has been passed. The petitioner filed IA No.33 of 2018 for passing final decree and appointment of Advocate Commissioner. However, the said petition is pending since 2018 without any progress and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same. 2/4

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of IA No.33/2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
