JUDGMENT
The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the husband challenging the decree of divorce granted by the District Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil in D.O.P.No.348 of 2015, dated 27.04.2017.
2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the respondent / wife had got remarried on 21.08.2019 with one Rajesh Kumar. He had also produced the Marriage Registration Certificate. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
