The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions would submit that subsequent to the representations given by the petitioner dated 09.10.2009 and 05.11.2013, lay out has been approved and granted to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
