ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 05.11.2025, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this matter was directed to be listed on 06.11.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". 2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and sought short accommodation. This Court is not inclined to grant time to the learned counsel for the petitioner and does not like to keep the writ petition without any purpose.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
