Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHAAZIM SHAGAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the

petitioner vide order dated 22.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11146 of 2023 as to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of the crime number. 2.Only on the basis of the undertaking given by the petitioner to deposit the above said amount, which is the subject matter of the crime number, the above said order was passed directing the petitioner to deposit the above said amount. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the family situation, he is not in position to arrange the above said amount. The petitioner is in custody for more than 93 days.

4.The total amount involved is more than Rs.16 lakhs, which is a job racketing issue.
