Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4710 of 2020 dated 17.03.2020. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, eventhough, the original order was passed on 17.03.2020, considering the nature of the offence, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4710 of 2020 is extended finally for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
