ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the case number as Ar.O.P.No.72 of 2017 instead of Ar.O.P.No.17 of 2017 in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition in Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.156 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition. 2/5

3. Upon perusal of the records, it is seen that a typographical error has crept into the prayer of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition in Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.156 of 2025, which subsequently got reflected in the order dated 05.06.2025 as well.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent have not raised any objections to this petition.

5. In view of the above, and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the petition, as well as in the order dated 05.06.2025, in Tr.C.M.P. (MD)No.156 of 2025, and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
