ORDER

The present writ petition is filed challenging the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.25, dated 06.02.2014. The said Government Order was earlier quashed by the High Court and the consequential Government Order issued was revised by order made in G.O.Ms.No.71, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 30.05.2014. The said G.O.Ms.No.71 was also challenged before the High Court and the matter went upto Supreme Court and finally the Apex Court upheld the validity of the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.71 in the case of V.Lavanya & Ors Vs. The State of Tamil Nadu & Ors, reported in 2017(1) SCC 322.

2. This being the factum, the present writ petition deserves no further adjudication and accordingly, stands disposed of as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
