ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to conduct survey of the property situated in T.S.No.812/11 and adjacent common pathway in S.No.259 situated in Ward No.5, Block No 48, Ponnagaram 1st Street, Madurai by considering her application dated 08.07.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the 1st respondent, Mr.S.Vinayak, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) who takes notice for the 3rd respondent. 2/6

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. According to the petitioner, the property situated in T.S.No.812/11 purchased by her under a Sale Deed dated 17.03.1999. She submitted an application before the 2nd respondent on 08.07.2025, seeking survey of the subject property and the adjacent common pathway. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the application of the petitioner dated will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. 3/6

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
