ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to enquire the representation of the writ petitioner dated 07.08.2024 and 12.08.2024 and take necessary action against the writ petitioner's representation.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, 2/4

enquiry was conducted and the matter was referred to the third respondent and the same is pending before the third respondent for enquiry.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has already appeared before the third respondent but no action was taken.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
