ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thanjavur, to complete the Trial expeditiously in P.R.C.No.46 of 2018 in Crime No.219 of 2018.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Persecutor circulated the copy of the judgment passed by the Principal Sessions Court, Thanjavur in S.C.No.3 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019.. It is seen that the accused person has been convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. So, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
