ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for records of the impugned FIR in Crime No. 140 of 2024, dated 23.06.2024 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,05.09.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is completed; that the charge sheet is made ready and that they are going to file a charge sheet shortly. He has also produced the copy of the charge sheet.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The first respondent Police is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
