When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that as against the order of the Writ Court, the first respondent has preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.204 of 2020 and the same is pending. 2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition, after the disposal of the writ appeal, if necessary.
