When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the interim order granted by this Court, dated 20.08.2015, whereby, the respondents were directed to remove the seal forthwith, the respondents have removed the seal in the premises. It was observed by this Court while granting interim direction that the respondents have no authority to seal the petitioner's Mill to prevent the petitioner from carrying out the business.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondents also reported that in compliance of the direction of this Court in the miscellaneous petition, the seal had been removed. Both Counsels reported that the Writ Petition may be disposed of as infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.12290 of 2015 3.The main prayer in the Writ Petition itself was to remove the seal that was affixed by the respondents in the petitioner's Mill on 16.06.2015. In view of the subsequent development, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if any order is passed by the respondents to cancel the order authorising the petitioner to act as Hulling Agent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in future. In case the respondents have an occasion to find any illegality or irregularity in the petitioner's Mill, it is open to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner till its logical end and pass appropriate order, if it is warranted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
