ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wanted to put up a building for housing an educational institution in the petition-mentioned survey numbers. His application for building plan approval was returned and the petitioner was called upon to obtain NOC from R3 to R5. The petitioner now states that such NOC has been obtained from them and the application is now pending before the first and second respondents. The first and second respondents are directed to process the petitioner's application and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first and second respondents to pass orders one way or the other. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
