PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records culminated in the impugned peace committee resolution Pa.Vay No. 26/2014/A6 dated 01.02.2014 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, unenforceable, ultravires without jurisdiction and directing the respondents 1 to 4 by way of 'Mandamus' to handover the key from the sixth respondent of Door No.16, North Street, Kathiramangalam, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District to the petitioner and put him in possession of the said property.
