ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3

on 08.08.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) and 311 of BNS Act, (Corresponding law 392 and 397 IPC), in crime No.569 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein had threatened the defacto complainant by showing aruval and demanded a sum of Rs.500/- and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the case.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got three previous cases and the investigation is in early stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present.
