The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the Petitioner's property in S.No.153/11 measuring an extent of 0.02.02 hectares situated at Mayanur Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District. 2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased five cents of 2/6
land in S.No.153/2B1 under sale deed, dated 25.09.2008. He submitted an application on 27.12.2024 in Application No. 2024/0123/14/003043. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before his Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2,on written instruction, would submit that the property purchased by the Petitioner was sub-divided and new sub-division NO.153/11 was given in Patta No.1665.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to file a fresh online application giving correct sub-division No.153/11 and produce the acknowledgment before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application submitted by the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks thereafter. 3/6
6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
