challenged in the year 2015 after a lapse of 15 years from the date of passing of the orders. In view of the fact that the writ petitioners have not pursued the remedy within a reasonable period of time and the writ petitions are filed challenging the impugned orders dated 14.07.2000. This Court is not inclined to consider the case of the writ petitioners as there is an enormous delay of 15 years, even in filing the writ petitions.
3.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed on the ground of laches.
No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
