Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to accept the petitioner's draft sale deed and to register the same pertains to S.F.Nos.228/2A, 228/2B, 228/2C, 228/2D, 228/2E, 228/2F, 229/1A, 229/1B, 229/1C, 229/2, 230/2G, totally measuring extent of about 4.36 acres and other properties in S.F.No.229/1A, 229/2, 230/2G measuring an extent of 3.97 acres situated at Melakarai Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District in the virtue of sale deed in Doc.No.1080 of 2011 and 1686 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent office by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
