This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.67 of 2019 on his file within a reasonable period of time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/3

2.When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.67 of 2019 is almost completed and charge sheet will be filed within a week before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the Respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.67 of 2019 before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
