O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and property of the petitioner and to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 and to forbear them from obstructing the fencing of the petitioner's property in S.No.733/26C situating in Solavanthan Village, Vaidipatti Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has earlier filed a suit in O.S.No.52 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti and the learned Judge, vide judgment, dated 26.04.2024 granted permanent injunction.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation by taking note of the decree passed by the competent Civil Court and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
