PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents from extending and implementing the scheme of "Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment" in the Petitioner's property in Survey No.543/1, 543/2 and 543/3 situated at Pannaipatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District based on the Petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2021.

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from extending and implementing the scheme of "Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment" in the petitioner's property in Survey No.543/1, 543/2 and 543/3 situated at Pannaipatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents based on the written instructions received from the fourth respondent submitted that no sanction was granted for carrying out any work in the subject property and that there is no proposal to do any work in the near future. 2/4
