PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Ref.No.TNSTC/Pudhu/Sathu/S.M/85, dated 11.07.2018, to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to sanction and grant the petitioner's provident fund advance to the tune of Rs.3,00,000/- from his provident fund contribution for the construction of house and for the marriage expenses of his daughter within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.
