ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 07.10.2021 insofar as including the above suit in O.S. No. 530 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, Madurai District, in the list for trial by directing the Court below to get along with joint trial along with the suit in O.S. No. 235 of 2016 after the receipt of the original documents under the custody of the police department.

2. Heard Mr.B.Prahalad Ravi, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. In view of Section 74 of the Civil Rules of Practice enabling a party to make an application before the Trial Court to call for the records from another Court, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks the permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to resort to aforesaid procedure. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
