ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to give no objection certificate for 1/4

getting free electricity connection for the petitioner's agricultural land in Survey No.1975-4 situated at D.Edayapatti East, Nadukkalam, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, based on her representation dated 08.07.2025. 2.The petitioner has already filed another writ petition in W.P. (MD)No.3211 of 2025 and this Court vide order, dated 04.02.2025, directed the TANGEDCO to consider the petitioner's Application No.120, dated 03.09.2009, in accordance to law based on the merits of the case. Now, the petitioner is seeking no objection certificate from the Tahsildar. 3.The 2nd respondent Tahsildar is directed to consider the petitioner's application in accordance to law. If the petitioner is entitled to the same, the same shall be considered. It is made clear that if the petitioner's seniority for the free electricity connection arises, then only he is entitled to be considered positively. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
