Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the respondent by his proceedings in No.2321/utha.2/2019, dated 19.09.2019 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent herein to grant parole / ordinary leave for the period of one month to the petitioner's husband namely Karuppasamy @ Rajendiran (C.P.No.9714).
