This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 313 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there is already a suit pending between the first Petitioner and the defacto complainant/second Respondent before the Civil Court. He further submitted that the first Petitioner himself had filed private complaint and the same had been taken cognizance in CC No.2065 of 2022 and it is pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that investigation had been completed and final report has been filed before the Court concerned.
