Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to distribute Annathanam and Water by free of cost to the Devotees on the Eve of Mahasivarathiri and Adi Ammavasai on 14.08.2023 to 16.08.2023 and as well as during no moon day through out the year at Arulmighu Sundara Mahalinga Swamy Thirukovil, Sathuragiri.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to distribute Annathanam.
2. Heard Mr.R.Murali, the Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.M.Saravanakumar, the Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 & 5, Mr.A.K.Manikkam, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 6th respondent and perused the material documents available on record.
3. By order dated, 10.08.2023, this Court has granted permission to the petitioner to provide 'Annathanam' on 16.08.2023 from 10.30 a.m. to 03.00 p.m., and also imposed certain conditions.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the petitioner as well as the respondents, followed the conditions strictly and complied with. There is no violation. The submissions are recorded. 3/6
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is inclined to continue, he has to submit a representation before the respondents and thereafter, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
