ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a retired Poosari of a Village Temple seeking a Mandamus to sanction pension and other benefits based upon his representation, dated 14.12.2024.

2. A perusal of records reveal that the petitioner has retired as Village Poosari on 31.01.2022 and he has sent a representation to the second respondent seeking pensionary benefits. The second respondent has already forwarded the said proposal to the first respondent on 26.12.2023. So far his request has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal forwarded by the second respondent, dated 26.12.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
