ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2024 to remove the petitioner's name in the history sheet in H.S.No.433 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not having any recent cases, subsequent to the year 2016. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is having two recent cases, in which, Cr.No.45 of 2024 has been registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC and other case in Cr.No.92 of 2024 has been registered under Section 151 Cr.P.C., and that he is having two cases in the year 2020 and one case in the year 2019 and one case in the year 2017. 4.As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contention of the petitioner that he is not having any cases 2/4

subsequent to the year 2016 is not correct. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
