ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by an Aided Minority School, seeking a mandamus as against the third respondent to approve the appointment of a BT Assistant (History) Teacher, w.e.f.12.06.2023, by converting the post of BT Assistant (Tamil) into B.T. Assistant (History). 2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the school has sent a proposal on 27.06.2023. They have also answered the queries on 05.07.2023. However, so far the third respondent has not passed any orders. 3.Per contra, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the authorities contended that the question of conversion of BT Assistant (Tamil) into B.T. Assistant (History) has to be considered by the authorities concerned. 4.In view of the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal of the writ petitioner's School and pass orders on merits 2/5

and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said observations, this writ petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
