P. Mani Anandh , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. T.Senthil Kumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondent, this Court made the following order: Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The Petitioner's were granted relief under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. However, they did not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated by this court.
