O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 police not to harass the petitioner on a complaint allegedly given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a false complaint given by the respondent No.3, the police have been harassing the petitioner without following due process of law. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint filed against the petitioner by the respondent No.3 is registered as CSR.No.356 of 2023 and there are disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 in respect of money and jewellery and the complaint given by the respondent No.3 is being enquired and the police will dispose of the same shortly. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in respect of CSR.No.356 of 2023 as expeditiously 2/4

as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
