This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to issue survey report in respect of Survey No.84/3B and New Survey No.84/5, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 produced a copy of the survey report signed by the Firka Surveyor, Kandamanoor. The copy of the report singed by the Firka Surveyour, Kandamanoor is also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
