ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2015 to take necessary steps, cancelling the assignment patta in S.No.214/12 at Veerasekarapuram Panchayat, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivgangai District. 2.Heard Ms.A.Banumathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Om.Prakash, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. Notice to the impleaded fourth respondent is dispensed with. 3.Considering the limited prayer, without adverting to the averments made in the writ petition, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2015 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. The second respondent is also directed to issue notice of hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent herein 2/4
