This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in I.D.No.142 of 2007 from the first respondent and to quash the award dated 04.09.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an industrial dispute was raised on behalf of Mr.R.Viajayakumar by the petitioner Sangam. W.P.(MD).No.3291 of 2014 I.D.No.142 of 2007, this Writ Petition is filed. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Mr.R.Viajayakumar died in September 2020. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous and prayed for dismissal of this writ petition as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
